Last night I was so sleepy, I remember saying "Nite" to Bob on IM… reminding him to behave himself and not to stay up too late, signing off, about midnight my time… and that’s the last thing I really remember, until 12:38am, when I woke up and found I had fallen asleep with my forehead on the edge of my computer table. I had a huge dent all across it, and after awhile it hurt like heck. This morning it’s really sore, I have a headache, and feel, well, stupid! I’m off to take about 3 or 4 Advil… it must be Monday. LOL
Oh, and since Cheryl(photonut) brought it up, YES, I have been known to get up in the middle of the night and fall asleep on the toilet… there, now you know it all! LOL (almost)

My husband falls asleep often like that, he wakes with a massive headache and swears I\’ve clobbered him to knock him \’cos he can\’t remember falling asleep

Are you sure you didn\’t fall asleep on the keyboard, and wake up with tiny squares on your forehead??? Maybe somebody slipped you a mickey!! LOL My day iesn\’t much better but it\’s improving!!

After reading this post, I must ask…have you ever been diagnosed with nracolepsy or sleep apnea? Might be worth a visit. At least check these terms out on WebMD or something….
